Photopia: Anti-Discrimination Policy

It is public policy in Canada to recognize the dignity and worth of every person and to provide for equal rights and opportunities free of discrimination. 

Photopia: Premium Boudoir Experience is committed to building and preserving a safe, productive and healthy photographic environment for its clients based on mutual respect. In pursuit of this goal, Photopia: Premium Boudoir Experience does not condone nor tolerate acts of harassment against or by any Photopia: Premium Boudoir Experience employee or manager.  

In accordance with workplace rights set out by the Alberta Human Rights Act, every client has a right to: 

  1. Freedom from harassment including discrimination during their interactions with Photopia: Premium Boudoir Experience or agent of the employer or by another employee because of race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, age, marital status, family status, mental and physical disability, religious beliefs, gender, gender identity, gender expression, source of income, and sexual orientation;

  2. Claim and enforce their rights under this Act, to institute and participate in proceedings under this Act and to refuse to infringe a right of another person under this Act, without reprisal or threat of reprisal for so doing.
