Although you may think of me as a photographer, I am an artist — I create.
It takes talent to create a great image, and talent is more than owning "a really good camera."
If you are looking for that magnificent portrait printed on canvas to hang on the wall of your home, I am the photographer for you.
In a digital age, people forget that printing and displaying a photograph is the best way to share it.
You can have an emotional connection to prints. It's a physical experience.
My name is Bromley Chamberlain, and I could be your artist
As a child I used to model for my sister who loved to take pictures.
Now I am the one behind the camera, and it's a dream come true.
Ever since I won my first camera at the age of 15, I've been hooked. I photographed anything and everything. I took photography classes in high school, signed up for yearbook, and went on to study photojournalism at Loyalist College in Belleville, Ontario.
It's journalism that brought me from my hometown of Windermere, Ontario to Rimbey, Alberta. From Rimbey, I moved to Hanna, and from Hanna to Athabasca. I then moved from Athabasca to Fort Saskatchewan.
Through my travels in journalism, I discovered my love for portrait photography.
When my friend asked me to photograph her wedding in 2013, I bought studio lights, and backdrops, and once again discovered I had a love of photography, and this time studio photography.
Since then, I have grown and evolved as a photographer. I love simple portraits that focus on the person in the image. I try to capture their personality.
